My wheels have a 60-day guarantee against defects in materials and workmanship. Additionally, for local customers, I will true your wheels free of charge for one year after purchase.

My guarantee does not cover obvious abuse or service by anyone other than RT WheelCraft.

My wheels are designed for road use. Any other use such as riding on dirt roads is undertaken solely at the risk of the user and voids any implied or expressed guarantee.

All wheels are finished to close tolerances using tensiometers and dial gauges. Whether or not your wheels will ever need truing depends largely on where you ride. If your roads have a lot of character like here in the Texas Hill Country then your wheels might need some touching up now and then. I am always available to keep your wheels tuned up.
